Danielle began riding at the age of 7 and spent her Junior career competing in the Equitation and Jumper rings. She discovered Eventing while in college and has kept up with it ever since. Missy Tansey - Vice President & Founding Member
Missy was on a horse before she could walk & in the show ring at the age of 3! She worked in the veterinary field for 11+ yrs & now works in the medical field. 2 yrs ago, she fell in love w/ her "little man" Pippin, who changed her world from big horses to little ones & has since added the "princess" Belle to the family. Missy manages most of the AMHA & AMHR shows in NE & NY, shows her minis, and looks fwd to taking them to Regionals in Ohio this year. The minis & Missy's Mom keep her retired hunter, Gonzo, company on her farm in Sutton MA, Almost Paradise Stable. missytansey@gmail.com |
Melissa Lukey-Remillard - Secretary, Membership Administrator
Melissa has been riding for over 25 years in Western Pleasure, Reining, H/J and Eventing. She discovered H/J in college as a member of UMass- Amherst’s IHSA team. Her college instructor, Jerry Schurink, introduced her to eventing and she has been pursuing that ever since. At this time her project is a green broke 7 year old Appaloosa/Belgian cross, Sam I Am. They are competing at Pre-Elementary at this time and hoping to continue onward with the help of lessons and clinics in the area. Melissa is also a MA Licensed Riding Instructor who teaches the local 4H members. Look for Melissa and Sam at local 2 and 3 phases throughout the season. mlukey79@yahoo.com |

Jennifer Wallace - Director & Founding Member
Jenn has been active in the horse community for over 25 years with horses in H/J, Saddleseat, Western and for the past 15 years, has specialized in Dressage. She is a MA licensed Riding instructor, ARIA Level II instructor, and NCSU certified Open Show Judge. She continues to compete her horses throughout the area, as well as run her own stable, BelleMar Farm in Douglas, MA. jennifermw1@yahoo.com |

Ann has been riding for a little over a year and just recently purchased her beautiful Lipizzan mare, Gratia. Look for them in the ring at upcoming Dressage Shows in the area. |

Jon Dale - Founding Member
Jon's riding career began over 15 years ago after wife Ann bought her first horse and they rough boarded him. He continued to take regular lessons and leased horses at several farms until acquiring his own horse, Wreckless, in 2000. He and Wreckless can be seen at many clinics and schooling shows throughout the area. Jon and Ann now own their own private farm in Uxbridge, MA. |
Ann Jensis-Dale - Founding Member
Ann Jensis-Dale always had a love of horses since she was a little girl growing up in NYC. It wasn't until her move to MA in 1991, she was able to take consistent lessons & purchase her first horse, Casey in 1994, a 7/8 TB. Ann & Casey compete in various Dressage & CT Events in the area. Ann's new project is a 3 year old AQHA named Classic Premonition, whom she hopes to also compete in Dressage & CT. In 2003, Ann & Jon purchased their farm, "Spur of the Moment" in Uxbridge, MA. |
Elisabeth Prouty - Founding Member
Elisabeth Prouty-Gilbride has nine years of equine experience & competed on the IHSA Equestrian Team at Salve Regina University. She has previously competed on the H/J circuit and is now learning dressage. She hopes to make her dressage competition debut at a future BVDCTA show. Lis currently works as a freelance writer in the equine industry and writes for Equine Journal, Horsemen's Yankee Pedlar, Massachusetts Horse, Sidelines, Chronicle of the Horse, Young Rider and Equestrian Retailer. |
