Blackstone Valley Dressage & Combined Training Assoc. Raffle Winners!

BVDCTA participated with a club table at the BSTRA Tack sale on March 7, 2009, at the Upton VFW Hall.  Manning the table at various times were, Danielle Cyr, President; Missy Tansey, Vice President and Ann Jensis-Dale, Secretary.  Many folks stopped by for information about our future clinics, events, shows and also to fill out a free Raffle sponsored by BVDCTA for a Dover Leather Triple Stitched halter and a Family Membership for BVDCTA.  Both are valued at $40 each. 

Raffle winners were picked at our March monthly meeting held on March 12, 2009.  Beginning a new tradition, we asked our newest club members to pick the winning ticket.  Jerry Ryan picked the winner of the leather Halter and Michelle Ziembe picked the BVDCTA membership. 
Congratulations to our Raffle winners, Becky Kalagher won the beautiful leather halter and Kira Rasmussen won  BVDCTA membership.


       



                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

    The BVDCTA would like to extend a very warm Thank You to all who helped make our first year of existance a HUGE success!! It has been a great first year for the BVDCTA, with two successful 2-phase shows - one at Hillside Meadows in Grafton on July 13, 2008 and our second show at Wild Aire Farm, Southbridge, MA September 14, 2008. We also had two very successful Tack Sales held in Sutton, MA (May 10 and October 4, 2008) 
    Just recently, we finished off the season with two Fabulous Clinics!! The first was with Corinne Ashton, Rolex Competitor and rider/trainer of 2008 USEA Horse of the Year "Dobbin"  at Hillside Meadows on November 23, 3008.   The second was a Dressage Clinic with Kelli Kinney, Grand Prix rider/trainer, on December 7th at Tower Hill Farm, Mendon, MA. Both were FANTASTIC!
